When you step into ROW 24, you are transported to a bygone Chicago. The warmth of contemporary design and modern accents, blended with a rich history, makes you feel part of Chicago at the height of the 1920s.

As you walk through the open first floor showroom space and under the stunning 6ft by 3-1/2ft Swarovski crystal chandelier, you can imagine how it must have felt at a roaring 20's party. Then, as you look out onto the main floor from the 800 sq. ft. mezzanine level, you can almost picture the newly designed sedans being brought into the Speedwell Motor Company showroom. As you turn to view the renovated original skylight, you can envision all the people who have walked here throughout the decades.
Built in 1903, and now a registered historic landmark, ROW 24 is a beautiful, quaint and elegant space. It can easily be customized to your liking, so you can enjoy being the center of attention.
With cocktail capacities up to 280 and sit-down capacities up to 200, a private suite, brand-new custom bathrooms, and new HVAC, at ROW 24, you can create your own unforgettable event, set against the backdrop of the Second City.

motor row- when marques such as Ford, Buick, Hudson, and Cadillac displayed their automobiles in elaborate showrooms on famed Michigan Avenue. More than fifty buildings grace this landmark district between 14th and 24th Streets. Many reflect the understated elegance of the era with designs from renowned architects of the day such as Roche, Holabird, Alschuler, and Maher.
Today, the neighborhood that embodied the Golden Age of the automobile is finding new life as a vibrant entertainment district; one that embraces its architectural roots while offering exciting opportunities and modern amenities.

Two of the original founders of ROW 24, Chris and Dana Fountain, are entrepreneurs with many years of experience in the wedding and entertainment industries. Chris managed a live music venue in the trendy Wicker Park neighborhood, while Dana’s business, Pin Me Up, a bridal beauty agency, has won the Best of Weddings award from The Knot every year since 2014.
At ROW 24, Chris and Dana work with their family, who collectively have over 20 years of experience in hospitality. The family has come together to cultivate a business that is more than just another event space. By offering a truly collaborative experience and a highly customizable venue, ROW 24 is a distinct wedding and special event location.
